Nick Covell has extensive B2B networks and has been advising companies on strategic growth for over 20 years. His first consultancy was set up in Tokyo in 1998, writing speeches for senior board directors for portfolio clients such us Olympus, Fuji Bank, Japanese Football Association, Audi Japan and Estee Lauder Group. Since 2002, Nick has been involved in Business Development for Property and Construction companies in the UK, primarily for specialist sub-contractors working on major construction projects.
Strength in business comes from relationships. In 2014, Integra founded the London Camel Club, which has bought together 100’s of industry professionals from the residential and commercial sectors, many now with strong bonds as a result. Nick is also currently Chairman of the Little Britain Challenge Cup, the property and construction sailing regatta, now in its 32nd year, that has so far raised over £1million for various charities. In 2019, they founded “Breathe Oceanic”, set up to raise awareness of the benefits of salt air for sufferers of Cystic Fibrosis. They named and launched a brand new Sunsail 41ft cruising yacht which now is available for Integra BD Consultants Clients to use for corporate hospitality.
These high level networking events have raised Nick’s profile as well as those of the businesses and placed Integra BD Consultants in a position to rapidly access their clients target markets.

Christine has been involved in Property and Construction since 1998, starting with opening New Business Centre for Regus Serviced Offices and Managing a team of people in South East and East of England. Assisting the Project Managers to get the best solutions for the Business Centres to operate profitably.
In 2011, Christine started a Networking Group for Women in Property and Construction, by 2015 they had more than 400 connections, from both Residential and Commercial sectors. She is passionate about connecting the right people and companies for the property opportunities that come to the Market place.
